Terms of Service Confirmation for Electronic Purchase Order Confirmation

1. The applicant for credit desires to use the service to order products and confirm product orders electronically and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Company.

2. The applicant for credit will receive a User ID and a One Time Password (OTP) each time they use the service. The applicant must enter the password correctly each time. It is agreed and understood that the password for this credit applicant is considered a service agreement that the credit applicant must keep and not disclose to any third party. If the credit applicant enters the wrong password, they will not be able to use the service until they contact the Company for a new password or comply with the conditions set by the Company.

3. The credit applicant acknowledges and agrees that in confirming product orders, the Company will consider either (a) the signature of the authorized person to order and pay for the products or (b) the process of confirming orders through electronic data encryption (One Time Password: OTP). In the event that the code is sent to confirm identity and product orders to the mobile phone number provided by the credit applicant in this credit application package, and the credit applicant has encrypted to confirm identity back to the Company, it is considered that the credit applicant agrees to confirm the product order with the Company completely, and the credit applicant is responsible for paying for those products according to the terms set forth in the Purchase Order and Sales Agreement for all products.

4. The credit applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from (a) modifications made to mobile phone devices by the credit applicant, which may damage the service provided by the credit applicant, including problems such as spyware, malware, viruses, worms, or erroneous encryption (Malicious Code), or (b) forwarding OTP codes to third parties, whether through the misconduct of any person or not. The Company shall not be liable for any damages that may arise in the event that another person becomes aware of the credit applicant's One Time Password.

5. In using the service of the credit applicant, if it is done using the phone number of the user provided to the Company (User ID) and the password (One Time Password: OTP) of the credit applicant as per the Company's prescribed method or conditions for using the service, the credit applicant agrees to be bound by such actions without the need for a handwritten signature and agrees to be responsible for such actions as if they were performed by themselves with binding effect according to the information and/or electronic documents, and it is an electronic transaction under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, and/or any applicable laws. The credit applicant is primarily responsible for confirming orders and paying for the products themselves.

6. Changes/Suspension/Cancellation of Company Services

(6.1) The credit applicant agrees that the Company has the right to change these terms and conditions, as the Company deems appropriate, and will notify the credit applicant accordingly.

(6.2) The Company believes it is necessary or appropriate to maintain the security of the credit applicant's account and/or the Company's services and/or customers in cases where any transaction is made and at the sole discretion of the Company, such transaction (1) violates these terms and conditions or violates the terms of maintaining the security of the credit applicant's account and/or the Company's services, or (2) is suspicious or involves unauthorized business activities, fraud, deception, or illegal activities.

(a.) False or significant inaccuracies in the certification or confirmation provided by the credit applicant.

(b.) The Company believes it is necessary or appropriate to maintain the security of the credit applicant's account and/or the Company's services and/or customers in cases where any transaction is made and at the sole discretion of the Company, such transaction (1) violates these terms and conditions or violates the terms of maintaining the security of the credit applicant's account and/or the Company's services, or (2) is suspicious or involves unauthorized business activities, fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
