Warranty Terms and Conditions

All warranties on products (the "Products") purchased by customers from NANAPAN Industrial Supplies Co., Ltd. are subject to the terms and conditions of the website and the terms and conditions of sale (collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") and the warranty terms and conditions as follows (the "Warranty"). Please note that this warranty does not apply to special orders.

By purchasing or using this product, the customer agrees to accept this warranty without regard to any other warranty terms that the customer may have with NANAPAN Industrial Supplies Co., Ltd. regarding the Products. Some Products may come with a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee. In such cases, please note that the manufacturer's warranty or guarantee will apply instead of this warranty, and this warranty will not be enforceable.

Scope and Duration of Warranty:

1. Regarding the products purchased by customers, the company will replace all or part of the products, or repair the products at no cost if the products are found to be damaged, defective, or have any defects ("Defects") due to the company's fault, subject to the conditions that (1) a written notice specifying the details of the Defect to the satisfaction of the company is received by the company within the warranty period (as specified in the following clause), and (2) the company accepts that the Defect is due to its fault. However, the following cases are excluded from the scope of the warranty:

(1) Defects caused by the use of the Products in any manner other than as part of general industrial use. Under this warranty, "general industrial use" means use as components of general manufacturing equipment or for commercial or industrial purposes, but excludes equipment used for transportation of humans, such as automobiles, vehicles, or vessels, medical equipment intended for diagnosis and treatment, or general household consumer products such as electronic devices and appliances.

(2) Defects caused by the use of the Products in aerospace equipment, equipment powered by nuclear energy, or Products related to the military, such as weapons or armaments.

(3) Defects caused by the customer's mishandling or mishaps in managing the products.

(4) Defects caused by natural disasters (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, floods, and tsunamis).

(5) Defects caused by non-compliance with the product specifications, purposes of use, usage conditions, instructions, warnings, guidelines, or any other information related to the products available in the catalog, or failure to comply with any notifications or other details in the documents accompanying the product (or accessories).

(6) Defects caused by the customer themselves, from usage contrary to the procedures, repairs, modifications, or disassembly of product components.

(7) Defects caused by external devices other than the products.

(8) Defects caused by using the product outside of Thailand.

(9) Defects resulting from using the product for purposes not tested or reasonably anticipated, or in a manner not tested or reasonably anticipated.

(10) Defects resulting from the customer's violation of the terms and conditions.

(11) Any other cases specified by the company in the catalog as not eligible for repair or replacement.

2. The maximum liability of the company for damages arising from or related to defects of the product shall be limited to the actual amount that the company pays to the customer for defective products. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for special damages, consequential damages, or any damages resulting from any type of loss of profits.

3. In cases where the company is not the manufacturer of the product or is not within the scope of liability under the law for damages arising from unsafe products, customers must seek compensation for such damages from the manufacturer of the product.

4. Within one (1) week from receiving the goods, customers must confirm the name and quantity of the goods, check whether the specifications of the goods match those listed in the catalog or not, and ensure that there are no defects in the goods. If there are any defects, customers must notify the Company within one week from the date of purchase. Please note that the Company will consider the goods to be free of defects under the warranty if no notification is received within one week from receiving the goods.

5. Customers will incur expenses for the replacement and repair of all goods that occur after the warranty period, which are outside the scope of this warranty, or for other reasons that are not covered by this warranty. In some cases, repairs or replacements may not be possible due to the nature, manufacturing date, or specifications of the product.

Disclaimer of Liability:

1. Apart from what is expressly provided for in the terms and conditions and this warranty, or as required by product safety liability laws, the Company shall not be liable in any way for damages (whether direct, indirect, general, or special), losses, or expenses arising from defects in the product, damages arising from defects in the product, including damages from defects in products manufactured using the product, damages from product recalls, or products manufactured using the product, and damages from the inability to use the product, including damages from the suspension of any production line in the customer's factory or production facility.

2. The maximum liability of the Company for damages arising from or related to defects in the product shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the Company to the customer for defective products. In no event shall the Company be liable for special damages, consequential damages, or any type of damages, including but not limited to loss of profits.

3. In cases where the Company is not the manufacturer of the product or is not within the scope of product liability laws for damages arising from unsafe products, the customer must seek damages from the manufacturer of the product according to applicable law.

4. Specifically, the company will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the following cases:

(1) Customer's use of the product in violation of warnings, notices, or any other messages contained in the terms and conditions, catalog, warranty, or manufacturer's warranty.

(2) Defects in the product resulting from the intentional or reckless misconduct of the customer.

(3) Defects in the product resulting from force majeure events.

(4) Infringement of any patents, utility patents, design rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties related to the product.

(5) Exportation of the product, or any delays or prohibitions on exportation of the product due to laws, regulations, or restrictions.

Terms of Use:

1. This warranty applies to the purchase and use of products within Thailand only and does not apply outside of Thailand.

2. Under this warranty, the company may request customers to return products for repair or replacement. Please note that the company cannot send employees to customers for repairs or replacements.

3. Production and sales of products may be suspended at the discretion of the original manufacturer. Please note that in this case, it may not be possible to find the exact same product for replacement.

The company may update, modify, or amend this warranty ("Amendment") and will specify such amendments in the catalog or on the company's website. If customers place orders for products after such amendments, it will be deemed that customers have accepted the amendments.
