Process of delivering products in the company's service area
Product delivery will be carried out according to the order numbers at the scheduled time confirmed for delivery. Products ordered under the same order number may be delivered separately depending on the type of product, as deemed appropriate by the company. Products will be delivered to the address specified for delivery and cannot be changed once the delivery has been confirmed.
The delivery time may be subject to change. If some products are special order items, imported items, or not available in stock, the company will inform you in advance. If you have not received the products within 3 days after the company confirms the shipment, please notify us immediately.

Process of picking up products in person
