NANAPAN Industrial Supplies Co., Ltd. has created this website for the purpose of ordering products and services online for your convenience. Therefore, please kindly read and comply with the terms and conditions of use on this website for your own benefit. As the company has a policy of continuously developing and improving the website's services, these terms and conditions may be amended periodically. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

- Conditions regarding the quantity of products ordered through the website

The quantity of products you order through the company will be considered as a notification of the desired quantity only. We will confirm the quantity of products available and deliverable to you once again. If the stock of the ordered products is insufficient as per your order, we may suggest alternative products. In case of any disputes, the company's decision will be final. To distribute the sale of products to other customers, the company reserves the right to cancel orders without compensation for any discounts or damages whatsoever in case of a dispute.

- Conditions for product delivery

Process of delivering products in the company's service area

Product delivery will be carried out according to the order numbers at the scheduled time confirmed for delivery. Products ordered under the same order number may be delivered separately depending on the type of product, as deemed appropriate by the company. Products will be delivered to the address specified for delivery and cannot be changed once the delivery has been confirmed.

The delivery time may be subject to change. If some products are special order items, imported items, or not available in stock, the company will inform you in advance. If you have not received the products within 3 days after the company confirms the shipment, please notify us immediately.

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Process of picking up products in person

Customers can pick up the products in person at the company's premises at the specified date and time as indicated on the order confirmation.
Customers should bring the following documents to pick up the products:
- National ID card
- Document or email confirming the order
- Customers should inspect the products according to the order
- Sign for receipt of the products
If customers do not pick up the products within 15 days, the company reserves the right not to be liable for any damage to the products under any circumstances.

- Payment Terms and Conditions

1. The company shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred for bank transfers or payments made through any bank. The company accepts payment by the following methods:

- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard

- Bank transfer via Kasikornbank (K-Bank)

2. All product prices are in Thai Baht and inclusive of value-added tax.

3. Payment via bank transfer must be received within 2 days from the date of the order using the payment notification and correct reference number. If the payment is not received within this time frame, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified.

4. To conduct secure online commercial transactions, we have implemented a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security system, encrypting customer data and transactions. We do not store customer credit card information. During the payment process, the system connects to the bank's secure payment gateway website to complete the transaction successfully. 5. The company may temporarily set a credit limit for individual customers and reserves the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales to any customers.

6. Full payment for the order must be made at the time of ordering and cannot be split into multiple payments. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted, and you will be notified to contact your card issuer to resolve any issues before proceeding with the order.

7. We reserve the right to change payment terms for any order without prior notice.

8. We reserve the right to change payment methods for products offered for sale online at any time, through website announcements, emails, and other public communication methods.

9. If payment has been successfully made for any order, but the order is not accepted by us, you are entitled to a refund using the same payment method. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by you or any third party due to delays in the refund process.
